I was trying to “filter - note in chords - bottom note”, and upon selecting and deleting those notes, the tuplet containing this chord notes was removed.
Is this a feature or a bug?

If you don’t want to delete the tuplet itself, make sure that the tuplet bracket/number is not selected before you hit Delete.
If you want to copy the music elsewhere and retain its tuplet-ness, then you need to keep the tuplet bracket/number selected, but if you want to delete the music leaving the tuplet itself behind, you need to make sure it’s not selected before you Delete.
You can also filter out tuplet brackets by another filter, which you can assign to a shortcut, so it is easier to do in the chain of events.
