As you can see here, the final system in my score here is small, I want it the width of the page, when I click and drag the square at the end of the line it doesn’t move. What do I do?

Calum, you will have to go to the Layout Options for that layout and make sure to set it that the last system will be extended (justified) when it is over a certain treshhold/percentage:
