Is there any trick to find the glyph for which you are searching for in a fast way?
IMHO there is no system in the glyph-playing-technique-list.
Or am I missing sth here?
Why not making it alphabetical at least? Or with a search function or or or?
Are you talking about in the Music Symbols Editor?
The categories are ordered in the same order in which they occur in SMuFL. Part of the next SMuFL version will be a means of providing a higher-level organisational structure around the categories that should help, and we could also implement something a little bit like the Insert Music Symbol dialog that you can use when inputting text to make it easier to find specific glyphs.
