Finding hidden playing techniques

Following on from the Jete thread a couple of days ago, I created this:

and hid the Playing Technique for the subsequent iterations. Now, I cannot locate the hidden ones. I saw advice to look at view/signposts, but didn’t see anything there that helps. If I select all in the measure, including F & jete, the properties panel shows only the Common category; if I select only jete, then I get the Playing Techniques category too; but if I select everything, then once again I get only Common. So (it seems) the only way to edit the jete is to select it by itself, which I cannot do for the hidden instances.

If you have Dorico 6, there’s an option for that in Preferences > Note Input and Editing > Properties:

That being said, you should get signposts for hidden PT.

Check in View > Signposts that Playing Techniques is ticked.

The View/Signposts list is checked as it should be. I followed your advice to Preferences and changed that setting, but Playing Techniques only appears in the measure where the direction is visible. That implies that the actual technique marker has gone missing, but watching the playback it appears to function as expected.
