finding peak and average level for my mix

Hi there,
is there a way in Nuendo 5 to find the peak and average levels of my entire mix (1h long sound design project), or even do that on an imported audio file (so that i can import back my final mix and analyze it?
Any third party plug in maybe?

if you need to hit a delivery spec. The Nugen VisLM meter is really flexible and will pass QC every time.

yeah was told to make my mix louder (its for TV) and want to check peak levels…thanks will check VisLM…
