Fingering issue

I’d like fingering to be displayed with 5 on the top and 3 on the bottom. I’ve tried Shift-F 3,5 and Shift-F 5,3 with the same result: 3 is always on the top. Is fingering written different in the EU? I ned the top note to be played with the 5th finger.

I was able to change the order in Engrave.

Remember Dorico knows about left and right hands. Perhaps it thinks you want to enter a LH fingering?

This is a two-note chord in the RH.
