I could be wrong, but I’d say it requires a workaround: you can enter the bottom fingerings in another voice (here I put the downstem voice in Voice Column 1 for legibility):
Then hide the stems of the downtsem voice and merge the voice column indexes:
Another solution would be to create Playing Techniques with fingerings.
