- Create empty project
- Add a new VST-instrument (etc. steinberg halion sonic)
- Open Mediabay (F5) and chose a → trackpreset instrument ←
- Now when you close and open Mediabay (F5) the vst instrument will receive midi and reset modulation wheel
- Be carefull as this cannot be undone, unless your trash your preference-file or load factory settings in Cubase
I reported this bug over 3months ago and someone from steinberg confirmed the issue. But still nothing.
So i wanna bring some attention to this matter, as this is a very serious bug.
I can reproduce this on 2 different pc´s, and also in Cubase 7,Cubase 8 and Cubase 9
