Flow Heading and Music Frame Overlap

I am writing an exercise book for which I would like the “Flow Heading” to fit inside of the first system indent. The flow heading is just an exercise number. Is this possible? I tried setting the bottom margin of the heading to a negative value, but it gets reset to 0. Is there another way to do this?

The reason I’m trying to do this is because I have other books in this series and I’m trying to match the old format (created in Finale).

Eddie, I remember a thread in this forum where one of the suggestions was:
Don’t use flow headers, instead instrument short names - because they sit exactly where you like them to be..
If you are writing, let us say, exercises for trumpet, create a new trumpet player for each exercise. Rename the short version instrument names to I, II, III and so on. You can then use a dedicated Paragraph style to match the instrument name (number) font to your previous editions.

Thank you. The book has 240 exercises. Is there a limitation on the number of players?

I could split it into 12 different “books” to be merged as PDFs later. But I’d rather not do it that way. Multiple PDFs are always a pain in the but.

I use a bit different method. By using a Section Player, you can set Divisi labels at any point. That way you don’t need so many Players.
