On pages where I have a flow heading at the top of the page, it seems to disable the default page heading, so in a multi-movement piece the pages starting a flow do not have page numbers. I can work around it by disabling flow headings entirely and putting the new flow number information as plain text, but it seems as if there’s probably something I don’t understand here.
Layout Options > Page Setup > Flows. You can disable the hiding of various elements from above flow headings there.
