I’ve been working with Flow Headings recently, and the main difficulty is that they use a different UI than Page Frames. With a Page Frame, you can edit it by clicking on it, then either dragging it or typing values in the lower panel; the page override is applied automatically. With Flow Headings, on the other hand, the only way to make changes is to insert a Flow Heading change and type the values, which is much slower.
SugarFree, your procedure is absolutely not recommended. If you wish to edit a Page layout or its content, you should definitely edit the Page Layout itself in Engrave Mode.

This is what I am doing; in Engrave Mode/Frame Editing Mode. Unless I misunderstand what you mean.
Sorry I misunderstood you.
You are comparing Editing modes.
And you are probably talking about editing Text Frames on both of them.
I can only guess that the Flow Heading is a sort of text frame in itself, that’s why it is different.
