The Flow numbers and titles are not consistent throughout my project. I tried to make score and individual part Layout adjustments and Setup fixes but somethings are not right. I have been trying for hours to get the layouts correct.
If someone could help me I’d be very grateful.

I removed all of the page overrides and edited the First page template so that the arranger credit matches what you had done as an override. Horn 4 had been set to use the First page template for any flow starting at the top of the page, so I changed that to be First Flow only. Last, I made all the parts show flow headings for all flows (some were set to first flow only).
I didn’t adjust the score as I’m not sure what look you want there. Did you want each tune to use the first page template? Or just have the title of the tune without the collection title?

It looks like you made a lot of manual adjustments to vertical spacing. You could probably save some time by adjusting the vertical spacing settings (in Layout Options) to get your desired look without having to make as many manual adjustments.
This is a little complicated, because I know you only have Elements. You’re trying to change the look of the page templates without actually having access to page templates. For example, in Horn 1 you’ve got the first flow title added as staff text, I think because you manually deleted the flow heading in order to make space for your other text frames. It would all be much more straightforward in Pro.
I’m trying to make changes the way you would in Elements; I’ve got horns 1-3 looking good, but not yet horn 4.
