For some reason, my flow title has appeared on the second page of the piece instead of the first page. It has only happened for this one number. Could any of you shed some light on this problem?

Maestro, do you have page overrides on those pages? If so, right click on them in the pages panel and remove them.
As Dan said or maybe in your Masterpage have you different Layouts for left and right pages? What side is the first page? Check that also 
But that should not be case normally. Would also tip on a page override
