Not sure if this is a bug or a feature but I cannot use the {@flowtitle@} tag in my page templats. It only works in flow headers. flowcomposer etc. is working fine though.
Any ideas?
First idea would be that you’ve create a page override for that page, so changes in the underlying template does not show
Second idea would be that you’ve left the corresponding entry in project/flow info empty
I checked both, and it is not the case. Must be something else…
It works for me – with the proviso that Dorico needs to be able to identify the current flow at the point where the token is used, so it doesn’t work between flows.
Silly question, but are you sure you have flow titles assigned? Note that flow titles are different from flow names. Here, the title is the field on the right, while the panel on the left shows the name. They may have the same value, but they are different items.
If that’s not it, can you upload your project here, so someone can take a look?
idea 3: you’ve changed layout options to not show flow headings
idea 4: you’ve changed default flow header
idea 5: you provide an example project showing you’re problem to make this less a guessing game ![]()
Idea 6: Have you entered (or copied) the flow heading onto both left and right pages of your template?
