it was working fine a few months ago, then i loaded up cubase today and suddenly it’s saying it added flstudio to the blocklist and it’s just not loading it as a vst anymore. i think it was flstudio 2025. it says something like it doesn’t support 32 bit anymore, but it wasn’t 32 bit? is this because of a windows update? how can i fix it?
Make sure the name of the VSTi has x64 in it. I think it’s FLS2025 x64, or something.
As I remember FLS still does have a 32 bit version. I could be wrong about that, but you might be trying the wrong one.
If not you might have to reinstall FLS, and in the custom settings, make sure the FLS VST is checked to download it.
Or maybe Image Line recently made a change to their license. Try loading the FLS VSTi in FLS itself (or another stand alone host) and see if you have to redo your license.
the .dll does not have x64 by it. it is just fl studio vsti.dll. there’s also flengine_x64.dll. i think it was from an older flstudio, maybe flstudio 20. i just did an install of flstudio 2025 but there’s no vsti file in the folder or anywhere on my computer, and when i installed it i checked all the options, so i don’t know what to do. it’s very strange, i had been using flstudio as a vst instrument in cubase for many years, last time i used it was about 6 months ago, and now i check it today and it’s suddenly stopped working.
