Yesterday I installed the update for Absolute 6 (from 5). In my download assistant it says they are both installed. Yet I do not see those two instruments anywhere in HALion 7 or listed under my Steinberg VST instruments. I’ve installed them again and they say successfully installed but where?
UPDATE: Tales and FM Lab show up now but I can’t load anything. “Preset saved by a newer version”. Huh? I just installed it yesterday and reinstalled in today. Ugh, something’s definitely amiss here.
UPDATE 2: Uninstalled FM Lab and Tales two times today and they finally showed up and I can open the EXCELLENT sounds in each instrument with no problems. That was probably the weirdest install ever but all is working now. Why? No idea.
