May I know that is the license for the font Academico, the default font in Dorico. It is free for commercial use? For example, may the scores written in Dorico with this font be published as E-publication or on a website or youtube video?

Academico (and Bravura) is issued with a SIL Open Font licence, and yes you can use the font in PDFs, videos, ebooks, etc.
It would be a bit bizarre if the default font could not be used!
