Font dropdowns, with text in the font's own style?

Hello all,

My default method of procrastination is changing fonts of things. I would find it wonderfully refreshing if Dorico’s font dropdowns displayed text in the font’s own style, like this:

Right now I have to guess at how each font will look because this:

Any chance of this in a future update?

I’d never say never, but it’s not something we are currently planning.

I’d love that, too, but to be fair, if you have hundreds (or thousands) of fonts on your system like I do, generating such a list takes processing time. On my current system, InDesign sometimes takes so long that I forget I clicked the button…
