Font sizes in menus and menu bar inconsistent on Windows

Hi all,

I know it has been discussed before (by me anyway…), but I recently discovered in some excellent tutorial videos that the menu font sizes on Macs are perfectly pretty looking!
It would be nice to have feature parity at one point between Windows and Mac, since I refuse to believe that a team as talented as the one involved here can’t get this right…
