In the meantime I am not sure any more that making tools public to help convert fonts from one format to another is a so great idea.
The thing is that it may have negative consequence on the work done by creators of commercial fonts.
As a consequence I decided to remove the scripts even if they were quite simple and only doing a part of the converting work.
I also deleted all my posts.

Careful: add a disclaimer regarding transcoding fonts not under an open license! Other than that, good job.
