I’m working with a harp part. The meter is 4/4 and the manuscript shows quarter notes at beats 1+, 2+, 3+ and 4+, as shown on the attached, I’ve been able to add the quarter notes at beats 1+, 2+ and 3+ but when I attempt to force a quarter note at beat 4+ I get an eighth note tied to an eighth note in the next bar. Is there a way to force the quarter note entry at beat 4+?
