Force Whole Note Not To Split

I want to input a whole note and have it remain looking like a whole note, even though Dorico doesn’t think that’s the best way to format it. Instead, it is splitting it into a half note tied to two quarter notes. Is there any way to override this behavior and keep it as a whole note? Thanks

I’m guessing that the answer is “no” given that your downstem voice is polyphonic on Beats 1–3. I believe the solution is to enter the desired whole note into a third voice (and invoke force duration if necessary).
