Forgotten how to change instrument in score

I have forgotten how to change instrument in the score.
The player alerady has Clarinet and Bass Clarinet in
Setup → Players.

Can’t remember how I did it last time and searching left me without any luck.
Please!

Go into galley view where you will see both instruments. Write the music as you wish for each instrument, then switch back to page view. Magic!

Galley view … almost forgotten on this planet.
