Formatting string divisi chord braces / brackets

A common notation practice is to use straight brackets to indicate non-divisi chordal stops like so:

This effect can be achieved pretty handedly in Dorico via the non-arpeggio ornament… but the solution breaks down if applied to string parts that are already in divisi.

For instance, let’s say I have my cello section split in two, playing different chords like so:

EXAMPLE 1

This looks great in the individual part layout… but we run into problems in the condensed score layout:

EXAMPLE 2

Here the score divisi condensing has produced a single chord split into two voices as desired, however the non-arpeggio braces no longer look correct. Traditionally, the bracket for the second chord in the voicing would be mirrored onto the other side of the note, with the endtips instead running right to left instead of left to right.

In Dorico 5, I was nearly able to fix this by applying a Vertical Line instead of a non-arpeggio symbol, but the properties in “Solid Vertical Line with Right Facing Hooks” that allow you to convert it into its left-facing-hooks twin (change Side + Start/End cap) are global-only properties, which means that fixing the orientation in the condensed score messes with the layout in the individual part.

Would it be possible to add left/right orientation sensitivity to non arpeggio symbols when they are condensed for divisi? In a perfect world, the part layout should be preserved, and the score should look like this automatically in the condensed view:
