I don’t recall this coming up before, and I didn’t see it in a search, but it would be really useful if accidental tokens could work with lyrics. Some of us use lyrics for things other than actually lyrics, and it would be really useful to be able to insert an accidental with a token when using lyrics for analysis. I’ll often give beginning improvisers patterns to learn through the keys, and the scale degrees are helpful as they can’t just recognize them on sight yet. I usually just end up dragging Shift-X text around, but it would be nice if these could simply be input with a token. Thanks for considering!
We’re not likely to do this. If you really need to, you can use the Edit Single Lyric dialog to insert the accidental into the lyric.
