[FR] Choose default panel state or save current state with project

Hi team,

I’d love to choose a state of each right hand panel for use as default, either by some mechanism “set as default” or by saving the current state with the project.
To me, it would make much more sense for a project containing a guitar quartet to always open a PT panel with guitar-related techniques instead of “common” or “strings”, and so on…
