FR: engraving options for dynamics

  1. Erase background for dynamics always on as a global setting.

  2. A gap for dynamics after a barline. Wider dynamics like mf, mp, fff, sffz tend to collide with barlines when their optical center is set to align with either the center or the left-hand side of the notehead. In the screenshot, 1/4 space to the right was sufficient to avoid a collision—maybe there could even be a setting Offset dynamic by a maximum of x spaces, i.e. “don’t bother nudging sffffz, that would just look weird”.

In such cases I frequently use the properties panel to left-align the dynamic.

Perhaps consider for a second that I made this FR precisely because left-aligning, which I know about, is way less subtle than what I’m proposing here.
