fr:let inputs/outputs and EXTfx assignments exist together

Hi, I would love if cubase didn´t remove outputs/inputs when creating EXTfx with the same hw channel assignments.

It´s better if Cubase just lets you know when there is a insert and out/in using the same HW I/O present.

This because sometimes you want, for example, to use a hardware channelstrip as insert, and sometimes as an input…
