FR (or bug?) - midi trigger regions don't get selected with everything else

In Dorico when you click anywhere on a measure (outside of a specific note), it typically selects everything (including non-note elements such as dynamics, staff text, slurs etc). Or if you click and then shift click multiple measures, it will select the whole lot.

I have noticed however that Midi Trigger Regions are exempted from these selections. You then have to remember to go manually add it to the selection by clicking cmd/ctrl+click on the midi trigger region. This obviously gets tedious and error-prone when you have a lot of them.

Conversely, if you have a midi trigger region selected first, and then go to add several other elements as you normally would via shift+click, I’ve noticed that it will deselect the midi trigger region in this process, which is not expected.

In short, it would be nice if their selection behaves like any other staff elements such as text, techniques etc.

Thank you!

I checked, and it looks like Dorico treats these as system objects, that select via the system track – which doesn’t make sense, since they are specific to one instrument.
