Saving CR panel settings with template and project. That means, selected cue mixes, talkback volume etc etc. The way it works now you have to do everything from scratch every day.
Don’t save project folders with templates.
This is still hanging around for a reason I cannot understand even using all my brainpower. For example, in the video export menu, the default export folder is either what was saved with your template or the last project you exported a video. In what case is this useful? Please change to default to your project folder, same as with audio mixdowns.
If you want to save the CR settings for a project you can open the audio connections window, go to the CR tab and save a preset that corresponds to your project. It will remember everything.
The functionality is logical as it is in a general manner. But the details lack of deeper integration and more comfortably usability. Presets for the entire control room would be a welcome addition. Not only for routing and audio device mappings.
If you load more than one project, you don’t want to reconfigure the control room if you change active projects. You will expect that the control room stays in the same configuration and state as with the last project. Only the mixes (cues) should change.

Well, I think you touched on it right there, as long as Nuendo is open the functions work as I’d like them to, the problem is when you shut down and start again everything is reset.
