Frame break suddenly stopped working

All of a sudden, “create frame break” stopped working for me while working on parts. There is no other freame break on this page or the previous or the subsequent. Anybody has experienced this and knows the solution? I’ve tried restarting several times, but it didn’t help.

I need the next movement to start on a new page.

Usually you insert the frame break at the bar which should be moved to a new page.

Select the multi-bar rest in movement IV and create the frame break (SHIFTF is worth it to remember )
