Man, you just missed the big sale price. Anyway, the safest thing to do if you want to take advantage of the grace period policy is to wait until the next version is actually released to redeem your download access code.
I wouldnโt count on there being a grace period for Cubase 14 at all.
There was just the Anniversary Sale with 50% and 70% off.
Now we have the following situation: Some people are trying to make a deal on the second-hand market. They bought Cubase Pro 13 DACs at 70% off and expect to sell them as Cubase Pro 14 soon because of the speculation on the grace period.
However, the grace period is normally only intended to ensure that buyers who have just paid 100% are not taken by surprise when a new version is released unannounced shortly after their purchase and installation.
In any case, I wouldnโt be surprised and would find it completely ok if Steinberg were to announce now that Cubase 14 will not have a grace period because of the Anniversary Sale.
Of course, there would still be those people who have now paid 100% for Cubase Pro, but Steinberg could also serve these people individually via support with a single voucher for Cubase 14.
Disagree, I think no matter how much you paid, there will be a grace period. That said, if you install 13 now, 14 may to far away to qualify for a grace period. Moderators?
Yes that is true Steinberg never had issues when you buy a discounted licence in the summersale and waited until the release of a next version to activate. I think it is even part of there business plan. Buy NOW at full price or discounted and wait. Fine strategy. NI does the same with the Komplete sales. After a year wait you can buy the latest komplete bundles with 50% discount in the summer (but no grace period there, K15 is K15 even when 16 or 17 are out already)

Activation Manager is telling me that I have Cubase Pro 11 (Grace Period Eligible), thus -
When I click on the โUpdateโ button, I get a message that I would received an e-mail from Steinberg.
The problem is that I am not receiving the e-mail from Steinberg, and I checked the Spam folder as well.
I would be grateful for someone from Steinberg to provide some support accordingly.

I have just activated an upgraded 12 license I bought in 2023, but it does not allow me the grace period upgrade. I opened a ticket last week but have still received no reply.
Did you activate the license in the License Manager or did you just redeem the Download Access Code? Only the date of the latter matters for the grace period check.
I did both on the same day 6/11/2024. I redeemed the access code and activated the license.

Also, if it is possible, I would appreciate it if you could fix the bug that when I press the button for the multitimbral settings of the VST sound source after the second channel, it leads to the settings screen for the first channel.
