Two years ago I downloaded Dorico SE4 with a free license. It came with Halion SE3 and a substantial library. In eLicensor it shows a soft license with no desciption of either Dorico or Halion. Is there a way that I can transfer that soft license to my Cubase Pro 9 dongle to use on another system? C9 pro only has Halion SE2.
You can move the license from the Soft eLicenser to the USB stick via the eLicenser Control Center. All you need to do is connect the USB stick to the computer where the soft eLicenser is active, start the eLCC and move the license over to the dongle.

Thanks for the quick answer. I just found the Halion Sonic 3 update faq that also answered my question. What led me there was a tutorial video that showed Halion Sonic SE3 on Cubase Pro 9. Evidently there was a way to update from version 2 to 3, and I was hoping for that.
Is that option still available? That way I could leave Dorico and Halion on my laptop permanently.
