Free Instruments, Can't get Novel Piano to register?

Hi, I received an email from Steinberg with a link to some free sounds

I click on each one, get an email about each one and each one appears in the download manager under products I own.

Except for Novel Piano, what ever I try, it still thinks I don’t own it?

Any suggestions please?

It’s in the VST Instruments & Plugins section.

Many thanks, that worked fine.

I got confused as all the others also appear under “My product downloads”. whereas that one only appears under the “VST Instruments & Plugins”

Yes, I had been confused as well. This is the only free instrument for which we don’t get the activation code. We don’t own it, we simply download it and use it.
