I would like to check, I have 2 x hardware register under mysteinberg account. (1 x Yamaha THR10C & 1 x UR28M) . I have since successfully upgraded one of my Cubase AI license to AI 11 then proceed to purchase upgrade to Element 11.
Now my question is for my other Cubase AI that is currently at 9.5, can I get a free upgrade from 9.5 to the current AI 11? Because Steinberg only email me 1x copy of the free upgrade code. Not 2 copy and one of my Cubase AI is stuck at older generation.
