Freeze of Audio after overlaps are silent

Hello all,

I wanted to Freeze an audio track which contained a punch in/out recording but after Freezing the audio after the punch in/out is completely silent? I tried to troubleshoot this several ways but every last overlapping audio event is the last audible in the Freeze. To illustrate I made a screenshot of the track Rhythm which is frozen. There are 2 overlaps (Solo). After the second overlap there is no sound. If I delete the second overlap and Freeze then there is no sound after the first overlap. It has nothing to do with automation because there isn’t any. If it is not frozen the tracks plays normal. I tried to apply crossfades before Freeze and then the Freeze is correct and playing everything.

The purpose is I want to Freeze the track with Amplitube on it and continue with other tracks. Then if I want to make changes I want to Unfreeze and do that. I do not want the crossfades applied as a workaround.

Does anyone experienced this of knows how to solve this issue? This looks like a bug to me.

For anyone caring and running into this issue… It still feels like a bug to me but after experimenting I can only give one advice.

First use the glue tool to glue the audio and then Freeze. This appears to work as expected. To restore the situation UnFreeze and then use Audio → Disolve Part. This seems to be the quickest way (anyway for me).
