What do I do after I download it and run it?

After you run LatencyMon, you get a result of the test. If your system is not optimised for the real-time audio, you would get a recommendation, how to optimise the system.
It says my system does not need to be optimised.

Interesting result. Do you have a chance to try different Audio Device? Could you try other USB cable, other USB Port?
I tried with my Focusrite 2i2 but that didn’t help.
It does support VST’s since version 5 in the Artist Edition.
Oh, I have the free version. Does that support VST’S too?
Studio One 5 Prime (free) does NOT support VST’s
