You need to create a diagnostic report from the Help menu, and upload that here.
Do you have lots of VSTs?

i am quite sparse on vst
There’s only a single crash log in your diagnostics, which is for the audio engine. I can’t personally make any sense of it, but I’ve asked Ulf to take a look when he gets a chance.
In the meantime, if you are using any third party VST instruments or effects plug-ins, I would check to see if any updates are available from their manufacturers, and if so, install them.
Ulf has taken a look at the crash, and unfortunately the news is not good: you are experiencing a crash in one of the low-level libraries (not written by Steinberg) that is used in our technology stack. This crash affects only some users, for reasons we don’t fully understand, and can affect all Steinberg products that use this particular component. At the moment, we have no ETA for a fix. Hopefully you won’t run into this problem too often.
This is typical of me. I worked in the software industry for many years and while I was good at writing software I also had a particular native talent, in that, I could break just about anything. My group nicknamed me “crash”. That having been said, could you tell me what the library does. If I know that, I may be able to connect the dots with something else going on in my system and give you some kind of clues.
Regards.

It’s nanomsg, which is used for inter-process communication by many of the components in our shared infrastructure.
I just ran listdlls. Evidently this is used by lots of software including intuit (quickbooks) and sqlserver attached is the output of listdlls and of all software installed. Let me know if there is anything else I can do that would be useful. What is unfortunate is that I can’t make this happen on demand, which makes it somewhat difficult to figureout.
