Without knowing anything about your computer, OS, Cubase version and everything else it’s difficult to even speculate.
It’s very likely that the problem is a weak graphics card. I had a similar issue with my old PC (and old graphics card).

Since you have an NVIDA card make sure you are using the Studio and not the Gaming driver.
