When we browse and audition for a sample or a loop, and when we create a Sample Track, it could be created right below the selected track (Audio/Instrument/Midi) or inside a selected Folder Track. Currently, it is created as the bottom most track by Default. It is troublesome to move it up to the group or the section where it was actually supposed to be.
I hope the developers would give us a preference setting to choose the default behavior for this action.
