Full rest in voice2

Hello. I entered a note in voice1. I want to insert a full rest in voice2 of the same measure. Is that possible?

Switch to the desired voice, make sure the caret is on the first beat, and type Shift+B, rest, Enter.

Edit: Look also at Notation Options > Rests > Rests in Additional Voices > Bar rests in additional voices. If you set this to “Show bar rests”, you’ll automatically get bar rests in between other entries, like this:
