Morning, it may be a very obvious thing, but can’t figure out. When I open a new file, the window is less than full screen and need to maximise it manually. Could you tell me where is the setting what forces opening/new files to maximum screen size automatically please. Many thanks, Gergely
Hi,
Maybe Preferences > General > Window > Open New Windows Maximized?
Apart from the setting that @charles_piano mentions, I believe that Dorico remembers the state of the window when you close a project. I often work on just my laptop with two projects in split screen side by side, and Dorico opens them exactly the way I closed them despite having that setting checked in Preferences (which I find very convenient). New projects do open full screen.
Preferences solved it nicely. @Zalde , with currently used files I have the same experience but when I’m opening something I haven’t for months, Dorico seems to forget how I closed it:) Weird and maybe wrong observation, but today I needed to open dozens of old files and bumped into this inconvenience. Anyway, solved and thanks:)
