Function like Reaper Rate slider...

In Reaper you can simply slide the rate tool for a tempo slow down/up of any audio. (and automate it)

I only need this for audio.

What is the easiest wasy to do this in real-time in Cubase ? Thanks.

As far as I know, the only one ways is to use LoopMash FX plug-in.
