Funny 'hiding'

Hi all,

I would like to hide the rest and I’m scaling it down to 1.
BUT dotted notes don’t scale the DOT!
Is there a checkbox I’m missing to also hide the dot?

Of course I can make the dotted note into two different notes (quarter + eighth) and hide them both. But it means more work… :wink:

So is there something else I’m missing here?

Simply select the rest and Edit—Remove Rests.

I need to do this a lot and have assigned a keystroke for it. Highly recommended!
