I was curious if Steinberg plans to add non Steinberg VST support to the AI knob? Sure it’s nice to be able to use it on the mixer and Steinberg VSTs but it would be even better if you could control ‘anything’. I’m sure most people using Cubase are not using the built in plug-ins (for the most part) anyways.
This is supported as long as the 3rd party VST plug-ins have this implemented as well. So not all plug-ins will work but a good amount of them.
Thanks for the response! It seems only the Native Instruments plug-ins support this, at least in my collection of VSTs. Are there more that you know of?
