FX channel problem!

hi freinds , i want to send my audio tracks to FX channel but in there is no any fx channel in submenu . i used this feature in cubase 5 , i use element 8 , any advice ? :wink:

Use groups, or use a Cubase version that supports this feature,

Don’t worry! FX tracks is supported under Elements 8. It looks like you are trying to use the output tab? You need to use the ‘send’ tab to send signal to the FX track.

Operation manual → “audio Effects” → “Send Effects”

The screenshot shows that you try to find the FX channel under output routing. Got to ‘Sends’ instead. If the FX channel isn’t listed there already you can assign it to that send slot.

i used it and can choose “fx ch” in send but now i have “Di Guitar sound + Fx sound” , :frowning:

group ch have any diffrence with fx ch in element ?

Use FX as inserts - same chapter I named above, just “insert effects”

They have more routing possibilities
