FX in CLIP Render error?

I placed RoomWorks into a Clip FX slot. I set it for 18% wet mix and the Tail to 3sec. Everything sounds correct when played from the montage. However, when rendered, there is a drop out and then when it seems to kick back in, the signals are not right at all. I tried increasing PlugIn Warm Up to max but no help. Using AltiVerb as the FX rendered a similar error. WL 12.0.30. Windows 23H2.

There is currently a bug when you use both the Tail feature and the Warm-up option.
This will be fixed in 12.0.40.
But you can already fix the problem you report if you set the warm-up option to OFF.
