This happens without a pattern. on some tracks, even though the track/project/insert is in read mode, the touched parameter sometimes gets created and shows in the track.
even if you delete it, it gets shown again.
thankfully it works as trim mode so the whole value gets change for the whole track so it is not affecting the sound.
