I see this in the announcements page but where do I download it?
GA 6 SE is part of Cubase 15. It was never a separate product. Pretty sure the full version will be available soon!
I’m going to download it now. It’s showing as available in my Cubase ver 12 folder in the SDLA
I just downloaded it. It was shown in the download manager as being part of my Version 12. Now, when I try to open it, it tells me I have to go to the Activation Manager but doing that just puts me in a loop of trying to get my computer to recognize it.
If it’s not available to Ver 12 users why was it in my Steinberg ver 12 folder in the download manager?
Hi @Easto ! Groove Agent SE 6 should indeed work with your existing Cubase 12 license. Please try hard refresh of the license in your Activation Manager by holding shift while clicking on the refresh symbol in the top right
When I opened the activation manager it showed right away without using your Trick. I first went to this forum to tell you it was there now, and after submitting my previous statement and went back to the activation manager it was not there.
I tried what you described and it didn’t work.
To confirm:
After a complete reboot, it is not showing up in the Activation Manager, Win 11 Cubase 12. It is showing as installed in the Download Manager.
After turning my computer off and coming back several hours later it appears to be working. I have done nothing else to my configuration. What’s weird is that I did a hard reboot earlier and that did not help.
Fingers crossed
Great to hear, probably needed some time to update the license database or something like that.
