I’m not doing anything special other than playing presets to hear some of the sounds. However, this keeps crashing my system.
I’m having none of that here, so it is hard to tell what might cause your crashes.
I don’t know either. It’s crashing on just switching through presets. Perhaps, it’s a demo thing. But I’m not really excited to introduce something into my setup that’s going to bring headaches. Are you using the licensed version?
Yes, I bought GA5 and am quite happy with it.
I can support your OP statement by saying that I am using the trial version of GA5, and Cubase has crashed at least once a day during this trial period, where it did not do so before.
For me, loading of any multis will crash GA5. This is true for both GA4 and (fresh) GA5 presets.
